Welcome to Nicole Ecklund, who will be our new Operations Manager starting Wednesday, March 11!
Nicole Ecklund is an operations and program management professional with a passion for supporting arts education and community engagement. She currently serves as Operations Manager for the Phoenix Youth Symphony Orchestras, where she oversees organizational logistics, coordinates programming, and helps ensure the smooth execution of concerts, rehearsals, and educational initiatives.
Nicole brings a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach to nonprofit operations. Her work focuses on strengthening organizational systems, supporting musicians and staff, and creating meaningful opportunities for young performers to grow artistically and professionally. She is especially committed to making the arts accessible to broader communities and fostering environments where young musicians can thrive and explore their artistic horizons.
In addition to her professional work in arts administration, Nicole is deeply engaged in community-driven initiatives, volunteer work, and creative projects that bring people together around shared passions and experiences.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys collecting Pokemon cards, spending time with her partner, Saul, and her cat, Pepper Jack.
