Position Overview The Operations Manager of the Phoenix Youth Symphony Orchestras (PYSO) is responsible for managing the core operational functions that support the organization’s programs, events, and mission. Reporting to the Artistic & General Director (AGD), the Operations Manager executes the annual operational plan; coordinates venues, auditions, and events; oversees volunteers and work-study students; manages operational communications and records; and supports the Board of Directors and fundraising initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, mission-aligned operations across all PYSO ensembles and activities.
