Megan Epley is a dynamic leader in nonprofit development, partnerships, and community engagement, with a passion for using creativity to drive meaningful change. Megan has a proven track record of building strategic relationships, securing major funding, and leading large-scale events that bring communities together.
As the Founder of stARTem, an innovative STEAM education program, she developed curriculum, expanded programming to 10 schools throughout Arizona, and empowered thousands of students through art-integrated learning. Her expertise in corporate partnerships and fundraising has driven million-dollar campaigns at organizations like the American Cancer Society and Valley of the Sun United Way, where she cultivated key donor relationships and executed impactful initiatives across Arizona.
Megan is deeply committed to mentorship and service, holding volunteer leadership roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters AZ Young Professional Council, North Regional Council for First Things First and a mentor for Free Arts Of Arizona.
When she’s not forging connections and championing the arts, you can find her teaching yoga, exploring creative projects, or building new ways to inspire and uplift her community.
